C.E. Tan first began his foray into the industry after graduating from the prestigious Glamorgon University in United Kingdom. Subsequently, he began working in York Malaysia as a Project Engineer. In only an impressive span of six years with York Malaysia, he was already tasked as head to oversee several departments in charge of projects, maintenance and spare parts. His early years with the company had him helming several high-demand major projects for government hospitals and corporate hotels. The entire experience and his outstanding work finesse have made him an expert in the implementation of projects that followed. Not only that, his aptitude for management has also been augmented as a result from working with the OYL group of companies.
The genesis of Rancang Segar Sdn Bhd came about after C.E. left York Malaysia and consecutively set up his own company, which manages the same line of work. Under his leadership and insight, the company has grown exponentially with several important projects under its belt. C.E. is best known for consistently providing brilliant service and expertise. It is due to this fact and the nature of his leadership that there have been a number of returning clients over the years.
